You can return your online order within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost, or simply drop off your return for free in our Leuven or Ghent store.Need another size?
Contact us and we'll gladly check availability for you. - You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. This does NOT apply to articles bought on SALE and in OUTLET (they can not be returned).
- Articles bought in tied sales (Koppelverkoop: when you buy 2 products) and you want to return 1 of the products, the tied-sales-condition will drop and the discount on that product will be substracted from your refund.
- Items in OUTLET can only be bought through the webshop. Unfortunately it's not possible to try in store.
- Since we're a small company returning is at your own cost, but you can also drop it off in one of the shops.
- When you choose to pick up the product in store, you can return the product within 15 days.
- The product must be in new condition and with all the the labels and tags attached.
- If a package is unclaimed, you might have to pay a handling fee.
